Nutrition of students

JU "Student Center" Sarajevo, 2009, introduces the HACCP food safety system and provides food for about 2,000 students within the Student settlement Bjelave and Studentski Dorm Nedžarići. Obtaining a certificate on the implemented standard means the possibility of achieving better results in work, controlling all production processes, and ultimately achieving trust among end-user users. The goal of the implemented HCCP in student restaurants is to prepare health-correct foods suitable for intended use, to control all stages of the production cycle from the input, process control to the final control of the finished product. Ultimately, all in order to protect end-consumer health and improve student standards.
